This policy explains the cookies and similar browser technologies used by the Empire Elite Rides website. It should be read together with our Privacy & Data Policy.
We do not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising cookies. The site uses local storage to remember the choice made in the privacy notice.

The key empireEliteCookieConsent stores whether you selected Accept or Decline. This prevents the notice from appearing on every page visit. Either choice permits the website’s essential functionality.
Supporting Services
Website hosting, Google Fonts, esm.sh, and Convex may process technical requests and use security or operational technologies under their respective policies. The private administrator portal uses session storage necessary for authorized access.
Reservation Data
Contact and trip information is sent only when you submit the reservation form. It is not collected merely because you viewed the form. Reservation data is explained in the Privacy & Data Policy.
Your Choices
Use “Cookie Preferences” in the footer to reopen the notice. You may also remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect website functionality.
Future Changes
If analytics, advertising, or additional non-essential technologies are introduced, this policy and the available choices will be updated before those technologies are intentionally activated.
