Convex processes and stores reservation records and protected administrator sessions. Pushover delivers new-booking notifications to the administrator. Google provides web fonts, and esm.sh delivers the Convex browser module used by the reservation form. These providers may process technical data under their own policies.
Sharing and Sale of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers working on our behalf, when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or as part of a business transfer. Reservation details are not displayed publicly.

Reservation requests and related communications are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for scheduling, customer service, business records, dispute resolution, safety, and legal compliance. Retention periods may vary by record type.
